Bulb Tip Sick?

My bulb anemone looked like a typical bulb tip for about a week. After that, I moved it into a rock with a hole in it, which it took to and expanded massively, it hasn't moved since, this was about a month ago. However, it doesn't have the bulb tips anymore. All my other coral are opening up fine. I have a clown fish hosting the bulb. My tank is 75 gallons with a 20 gallon sump. Reef Octopus Skimmer.

The water parameters are as follows:
0 ammonia
0 nitrites
10-20 nitrates
360 calcium
8KH
8.1 pH
roughly 81°FF
1.024 salinity

I do 6% water changes every two days. And target feed occasionally. I have a Wavepoint T5 lighting and the bulbs are about 4 months old.

So why does it no longer have the bulbs?!
