Me again !!!

Good morning guys. I recently upgraded my 32 gallons biocube lighting system. I bought an AI prime hd. I am really concern about the colors and intensity that i should put. I don’t know anything about it. I will really appreciate if you guys can briefly explain me how the purple, uv, blues, royal blues, green, red and cool whites works in the reef, which colors i should put higher and which lower intensity. Please i think my sps are a little bit stressed out. Any info will help. Thank you
