new 75gallon-need help...

hi i have old acrylic 50 gallon reef tank a i just order new 75 gallon acrylic.
new tank i not here yet...old i have allergy problem...
my question is how i transfer sand and all live rock with fish and some corals in to new tank??? how i clean rocks and sand-or i dont clean that?
the old tank is healthy just some allergy problem...
anybody???
