Filtration recomendations for 125 FOWLR

Hello all, was seeing what everyone's recommendations are for a 125 fish only with live rock setup, filtration wise? Also what are some good protein skimmers that would be a good match. I'm estimating to have a medium to heavy load on the filtration, or at least that is what I'm planning for.

I have had reef setups in the past, so I'm not up to par with filtration systems for fish systems. Any help is appreciated. :)
