Which MJ900 pump is best? (BC14)

Want to upgrade my basic pump that came with my BioCube 14, and based upon research think a 900 would be better. However, I am not sure which 900 series would be best. My tank is in my office, so I am always focused on noise and heat as primary issues. Rest of my build is on the Tank Specs page. My local LFS carries a Marineland Maxi-Jet 900 "Multi-use Water Pump and Power Head," but I could go online if that gives the better alternative.
