Too much flow after cleaning pumps?

Hey everyone, so I admittedly went way too long without cleaning my circulation pumps (2x Koralia Nano 425s) and after cleaning it I have noticeably more flow (based on coral movement) and it seems to have freaked out my two clowns. My wrasse, gramma and blenny don't seem to care.

I think the big thing with my female clown is that the Duncan she's been hosting is moving a TON more than before. Is this something you think the clowns will become used to? Maybe shut off a pump? Or, since the Duncan isn't glued down or anything frag plug next to rock), just move the duncan to a slightly less active area?
