Stocking 40 gallon FOWLR

As the title says. I wanna keep this setup nice and simple with just 3 fish, lotsa skimming, carbon,filter floss and LR. No fancy lighting or corals.

As for fish I'm thinking...

-Dwarf zebra lion
-Snowflake eel
-Dwarf angel, want a bicolor

Tank is 3 feet long
