Powerhead or wavemaker selection help.

Ok guys I could some help like always lol. Need new power heads for my tank. Tank is a 175 Bow front with overflows in both corners. Tank is 72" wide, 28" tall and between 18" and 24" front to back depending on the bow. Right now I have redone the tanks whole setup, new lights, sump design, skimmer, etc. So I have 2 Sunsun 1200 gph power heads that have done fine but are giving me problems. So time to upgrade. Been thinking of either a Maxspect gyre or maybe Jebao rw-20s. Big problem I have with a wavemaker is that there is only about 3/4" from my water line to the bottom of the rim around the tank. Looking at some of these videos with people having 4" waves going around would spill all over with my setup. Plus I have read that big waves can put extra stress on the tanks seals and since my tank is 13 or 14 years old that has me a little concerned, but not sure if I should be? I have almost 150 pounds of live rock in the tank and I am going to start restocking tank with coral soon. Still not 100% on what but either SPS dominant or mixed tank.

So what would you guys recommend here? One Maxspect gyre in the middle which could provide reverse flow for behind my rock wall. 2 Jabeo rw-20s so there can be some wave action. What is better to keep detritus suspended till it makes it to the overflows. Thanks in advance.

Here is a pic of my tank to help.
