ID this coral?

Its grows like a fleshy mat, very small polyp mouths surrounded by little tentacles, the skeleton looks like a meat cleaver, all spikes. Its been receding and i dont know what light/food/flow to give it. Thanks!


My photos come out a little bluer than normal. The coral is a very bright neon blue/green
