How do i make a blender mush for clowns/wrasse/rbta?

Hey guys! Anyone out there making their own fish food from raw market seafood? Im going through a nutrient purge in my tank and read online that you should stay away from flake and pellets as they use high levels of phosphate as a preservative. Im confused since lfs told me pellets are the way to go. Im sure just another marketing gimmick for their spectrum pellets.

My question is for 2clowns, 1six line wrasse, and 1rbta, whats the best combination of raw goods? Should i blend a big amount and freeze it? And do you guys make fresh saltwater as a brine to blend/freeze it in or do you just blend it up without water?

If anyone uses this feeding method can you explain the actial prep process aswell as how you deliver food to tank inhabitants?
