Help with Angry fish

Alright, my current stocking in my 55g is the following

2 Black O-Clowns
1 Solar wrasse
1 Blue Midas Blenny
1 Blue Reef Chromis
1 Halloween Crab
1 Cleaner Shrimp
Few assorted snails.

After work today, was getting ready to feed my fish and I noticed a bite out of my female clowns tail was gone. And I went straight to thinking it was my crab cause I've heard they been know to do that, and my clowns like to sleep on the sand. So I just went with that idea. Everything was fine, and I turned my head away for a couple of mins and look back. An even bigger chunk of the clowns tail was missing. And the crab was under a cave so I know it wasn't him. Sure enough I look and I see my midas blenny nipping at all my fish. Now here's what I'm thinking are a couple of different thoughts. I'm only able to feed my fish once a day due to working. But I feed them a good amount. I use reef frenzy. Which is alot of different foods. But yesterday and today all I feed them was frozen brine. And they ate like they usually do. But I'm thinking maybe the blenny got upset with not having alot of choices to choose from besides just brine, or he just turned into a jerk which he usually a very peaceful fish. Hasn't shown any agressive since he's been in the tank. Or I havnt been feeding them enough and he was fighting for food and decided to bite my clowns tail to let him know he eats first. Can anyone give me some ideas to help this. Maybe shutting the lights off or just increase feeding to twice a day. Which would make me have to get up super early before work to turn on the light to wake them up to eat shut It back off then feed them again after work. Cause this has never happened between my fish. But I switched foods for 2 days and now my clown has a biten to hell tail. Any suggestions would be awesome
