help, setting up 30 gallon reef

Hi there
So im am setting up 30 gallon reef tank.
I just need some advice on my stocking my epuiptment and other stuff

So far i have
30 gallon tank
marineland 250gph hang on back filter
100 watt heater
hang on back protein skimmer
does anyone have any recommendations where i cam get some lights for keeping soft and lps corals??
2 powerheads

i currently have 5 kg of live rock, looking to buy 4 more kg and then abouut 3 kg of dry rock
2 bags of oolite drag alive carib sea sand

10 hermits
20 assorted snails
cleaner shrimp
blood red shrimp
tuxedo urchin

fish

2 o clown fish already have
2 cardinals already have
humbug damsel
six line wrasse
algae blenny
