White hairy things growing on tank glass

I was wondering what these things are. It looks like ... Feathers. But they're in small dots. Every time I wipe them down they come back in literally less than an hour. They're all over the back wall and on the front glass. It almost looks stringy. I was toying with the idea of nassasuris snail eggs but im not sure this quite fits the bill. Other than that I'm unsure of what they are. I've had previous cope pod tanks and i know for sure they'd not cope pods of any kind and they are stationary BESIDES the current in the tank which makes them wave.
