Sarting to see Unfriendlies

First the set up.

29 gallon
30# live rock
No sump
HOB filter
In tank Skimmer
Powerhead for movement

Humbug, Yellow belly damsel, Maroon clown, lawnmower blenny
3 hermit crabs, 1 emerald crab, 1 fire shrimp, various snails
Small Hammerhead, Pulsing Xenia, Misc Zoa species, Small SPS coral frag, and 3 small anemones that were identified as ball anemones.
Two types of macro algae, some fern looking one and the other looks like spaghetti.

Water parameters are all excellent and stable. Only a slight amount of phosphates <.25ppm from non chlorinated tap water. My RODI is not set up yet and our tap water is actually quite good ( I know I work for a neighboring water system). Ammonia, Nitrites, and Nitrates all zero.

Now I had a huge nitrate problem and worked through that but it resulted in an algae outbreak. The algae is now gone. Water conditions stay very stable, skimmer is producing a medium tea skimate consistently. Tank cleaning weekly with about a 10-15% water change. Now I have a bright clean nice looking tank which is starting to produce a nice coraline algae. I mean it really is looking like a reef tank should.

With all that health comes the growth of the unfriendlies. I want to either control or eliminate them as necessary. Naturally would be the most desirable, physical removal the second choice, chemical destruction the final resort.

#1 is Bubble algae. First do I even want to get rid of it or can I control it by harvesting it like I do the fern looking stuff. I was hoping the emerald crab would eat it but doesn't seem too. What is a good method for control or removal?

#2 Bristle worms. I have read much on this subject and really don't mind them being there. They, at this point are small, and only a few that I notice. I actually kind of like the extra life and they are cool looking. But I know they get large and can reproduce rapidly. Natural predator that would work with my tank? Capturing them?

#3 Apistas. I have had trouble with them in the past and do not want to let them get a foot hold. I know of about 4 of them. Some would be easy to get to to stick with a syringe but others no way. What about peppermint shrimp, will they do the job reliably? ApistaX?
