Adding first fish

Aloha. I am stumped on selecting fish for a newly cycled tank. What I mean is, I have a good idea of the fish I would like but after doing some research on compatibility (live Aquaria.com), they say they will do fine IF they are introduced together. I don't want to introduce 4-5 fish all at once right after the tanks cycles, do I? For example, I want to keep more ornamental fish. I want a maroon clown, yellow tang, and a coral beauty as the "main" fish. Then add several gobies, blennies, wrasses, etc to complete the tank. What would be my best approach? I am thinking the clown and tang together and let them get "comfortable" then some of the smaller guys (few weeks at least) and coral beauty last??
Another challenge I have is my LFS only gets livestock once every six weeks so I need to order fish six week out. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thank you
