Foxface hiding in QT

I bought foxface fish 2 weeks ago and place it in 10g qt. It was stress out for a couple days then it started to eat and less shy. But now since monday, it wont come out from PVC and won't eat. In qt there are other tankmate like damselfish, banggai and bicolor blenny. So i dont think any of them would bully him since he is the biggest one in qt. I was worry so I went talk to my lfs and told him my situation. He suggested to put it in my display tank and he gave me illustration about rabbit in open area and waiting for eagle to grab it. I was worry if I put the foxface fish that I just bought 2 weeks, it will get stress out and get sick then it affect my other fish in dt. What should I do? Follow my lfs advice? Or keep it in qt? I've never had foxface fish before.
