50/50 15 Watt T8 Bulb enough for 50g reef tank?

I was wondering if my T8 bulb is sufficient for corals and fish? Yesterday I put a Hammer coral and Fiji Starburst and I'm wondering if that small bulb is enough. I read that I need 2 -4 watts per gallon.
