stocking plan for 24g nano cube

I recently (3 1/2 weeks ago) set up a 24 gallon nano cube. It's been cycling well.. ammonia and nitrites spiked and went back to 0, nitrates have been at 10ppm for the last few days now. I'm going to keep an eye on it for another week to week and a half to make sure it is stable. I have about 20lbs of live rock, and a 1 to 1/2" sand bed.

I'm trying to figure out what fish I want to put in when the time comes. We don't plan on putting in coral, this will be fish only. I'd like to have pairs/creatures that interact. Here's what I am thinking, any and all opinions and recommendations welcomed!

clown fish (not sure which kind) with an anemone - are clown fish fine on their own or do they do better as a pair?
yellow watchman goby + pistol shrimp
six line wrasse (I only choose this because of how active it is in and out of the rocks)
diamond watchman goby

Aside from that, I would like to have a fire shrimp and maybe a coral banded shrimp, along with a small CUC. Is that too much for the tank, or are any of those too aggressive and not compatible? Or any other recommendations for a good interactive tank? Obviously they will not be added at the same time. I want to take it slow and make sure they are all stable.
