Best coral and Invert Food??

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering what you'd all consider to be the best food for my corals and inverts. I currently have a feather duster and Branching Hammer. I've heard lots of good about marine snow and cyclops eeze but then Iv've heard some people say to use just straight phyto. Brands and opinions would be great!
