I just wanted to share something that happened to me this week. I ordered some fish for there black friday special and got an email wed that my package shipped.
I waited all day Thursday for this package which it never arrived and FedEx kept changing the expected time. Finally the last one was 8PM and they never showed until it switched to pending. The fish arrived today (Friday) at 3:45. Now opening the package the water felt freezing cold to the touch.
I first took pictures of the water temp being tested. 52 degrees, as i open each bag, no signs of life and even the corals looked horrible.
I took pictures and contacted them within an hour and they did reply and say that it was a shipping mistake and they will make it better.
I am waiting to see what they do but it was a $200 order and everything is dead. Not a 1 thing survived, unless this star fish magically comes back to life that is very shriveled but doesnt look completely dead yet.
I will share with you guys on how they handle this situation.
