Lighting and sump for 55 gallon saltwater

I'v been doing freashwater for over a year and really want to switch to saltwater. I have a 55 gallon tank that's 48Lx18Wx21H and I found the "current usa orbit marine aquarium led light" is that strong enough to grow corals?
My other question is how big of a sump do I need? And how do I put one together?? That would be really helpful
