Aiptasia

Hello TRT,

I have a outbreak of aiptasia and need to do a water change.

I usually filter the first hour or so of vacuuming through a filter sock to get all I can out of the sand bed before changing 40 gallons. Then I continue to vacuum for the 40 gallon change.

My question is are the aiptasia eggs small enough to pass through the 100 micron filter sock? I don't want to spread more in my tank.
