white specks on side of glass.tank.

I noticed yesterday that there were these little specks on my aquarium glass ive never seen them before. I have no snails just two clowns and a blenny and a goby. There so small like a grain of salt I ended up doing a video of them but nobody can tell me what they are I've done research I have no clue if they're good or bad like I said they're very small and they move pretty quickly I have no clue what's going on first time I've ever experienced this. would love some feedback thank you. I would post the video but the video doesn't do any justice because you can't see them as well if you were looking in the tank?? Ik it's not ick because my fish are fine. Plz help Ty.
