carpet anemone

Hey guys I have a carpet anemone I wanted to place it in the open sand bed I had but my flow was to strong and blow it sky high in my 90 gal tank:rolleyes:
So I just stuck it in a gave it seems to be putting roots there, Will it moving around? I've heard carpet anemones do that.
