Too Much Flow?

Hi,
I have a 10 gal tank with LR, corals, 1 clown and some hermits and a skunk shrimp.

I think that there might be too much flow in the tank. I noticed this after I added a Xenia and Goniopora and it seems to me that there is too much flow.

I have a Koralia powerhead rated at 240 gph. but I think half that would be sufficient.

What do you think? Also, I have not seen any heads rated below 240.
