Hi all,
Ive had a green bta in my 220 for several months. Originally he was open and happy and eating every few days. For the last month hes been retracted and bleachy-looking and droopy. I did change the lighting recently but he was looking junky before that and its been a couple weeks now and he has not moved in reaction to the change or perked up or gotten worse. The clowns were getting interested in him but he wont open so theyve given up.
I have LED blackboxes for lighting, Idk the exact PAR levels but Duncan coral, monitporas, xenias, birdsnest, candycanes all happy and growing, hair alge on the decline, fish look great etc.
Ph: 8.1-8.2
Phos: 0-0.05
Nitrate/Amonia: 0/0
Temp: 79
Sal: 1.025
Cal/Dkh- 500/10
Tank has been running 2 years so its not new, and Ive really wanted an anemone. Should I remove him? Leave him be? Get another one? Any thoughts as to what would make him happier? = ( THank you!
First 2 pics are of him 6 weeks ago, last pic is how hes looked the last 3 weeks or so
