Cool soft coral I got not sure about identity

I got this for my freshly cycled tank not sure if it’s a pulse Xenia? Is the brown bits normal? Forgive my ignorance just added a few small soft corals and a feather duster to my just cycled tank. First saltwater tank it’s 90gal has about 90lbs of live rock and 100lbs of live sand.
