Tang and Dwarf Angel Fighting

Yesterday, I added a flame angelfish to my 75 gal reef. I already had a kole yellow eye tang who has been a resident for about a month. The second I added the flame angel, the tang actively chased him around the tank. I added the flame angel at night after the lights had gone off, so I just let them figure it out overnight. This morning when I checked on the tank, the tang was missing a small chunk of his dorsal fin and has tiny scratches on either side of him. Nothing major, and the fighting seems to have died down (for now). There still is the occasional nip between them, but the tang doesn't seem to be hell bent on fighting the angel anymore.
Does anyone else have experience mixing tangs and dwarf angels and should I remove one of them? Any suggestions?
