Ich or something else?

Newbie here again!

A few days ago I noticed a little "fuzz" below the mouth on my new coral beauty. It looks like a tiny pinprick of cauliflower. I've had it in the tank about two weeks and seems to be doing great, until this showed up. I started monitoring my other fish and I noticed that one of my four stripe damsels has what appears to be the same thing on his dorsal fin. This damsel was added over the weekend so perhaps he had it first and infected my coral beauty.

I also have two three spot damsels that sometimes have little white flecks on them, but they go away in the morning only to come back later in the day. I assume it was from them hanging out in my green bubble tip anemone, because I first noticed it when they started hosting in it.

Last night I was convinced I had an ich infestation, but this morning (since the spots on the damsels have disappeared overnight, as they do) I'm not so convinced.

1. Do those "fuzzy" things on the first two pictures look like ich or something else?

2. Is it possible for fish to have little glowy spots on them after hosting in a bubble tip?

3. What should I do?

Sorry for the picture quality. I have learned photographing fish with an iphone is quite the challenge!

Three spot damsel (yes, I outlined him since he was blending into the rock). You can slightly see the teeny spots on him. And no, he isn't scratching on the rock, behavior of all fish seems normal.

I also want to say thank you for this forum! It has been SO helpful in the craziness that is the first few months of tank-keeping!
