Continued Image Hosting Issues, Now Fails to Upload

So the thumbnail "glitch" has been around for some time. However, it appears to be in a second stage of the issue.

Now when I upload an image, it proceeds to go through as a successfulupload and then when in my gallery, it gives me the broken picture icon and any attempt to link to it gives me a blank row in a post. Here is the kicker... the thumbnail glitch will actually show some of these images as the thumbnail and then have the broken image in the gallery. I can actually see a failed upload as the thumbnail glitch. It is the thumbnail glitch in reverse. The last 5-6 image upload attempts have failed.

I have tried it uploading on a desktop, laptop, and android phone. In both firefox and chrome.

Any fix in sight?
