Clown fish died

My small clown fish has just died after 3 years. His mate the larger female misses him so the the question is would I be ok buying another one or can I get a small black and white clownfish.

Are these bad??

Hi, I'm new to saltwater tanks and trying to deal with a very steep learning curve. It feels like it's one thing after another, so the thing for today is I've found these on the under side of my Elegance coral could somebody please tell me if they are good or bad

Firs Monday of 2k17!

Help set up my first reef tank

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and i am here as i am going to be setting up a reef tank by the end of June(i like to plan early to avoid mistakes). I have been keeping freshwater fishes for 2 years and was at a lfs when i saw a beautiful reef tank and really wanted one. My new reef tank will be a 30 1/4 x 12 1/2 x 18 3/4 (inches) 29 gallon tank as i think that is a good starter tank size(but mainly because that is the largest tank i can fit in my house). As i am new to saltwater tanks,i decided to come here and ask you guys,the saltwater tank experts, some questions on how to set up my new reef tank.

Part 1:Tank stocking
1)How much live sand and live rock?
2)Fish stocking
3)Coral stocking
4)Clean up crew

Part 2:Equipments
1)Lightings
2)Filtration
3)Do i need reactors(calcium reactors,media reactor,kalwasser reactors,etc)
4)Do i need skimmer?If yes,which brand do you guys recommend?
5)How many power heads?
6)Can i not use heater because where i live the temperature(29 degree celsius) is the same all year round?

Part 3:Others
1)Food
2)Water additives

Reef Aquascapeing

I need help with Reef Aquascapeing. Can someone help me find corals that will look good with my rockwork, or suggestions for redoing my rockwork.:) I am having a very hard time finding coral:( Will post photos below!

Aussie Pocillopora

Anyone had issues with there Aussie Pocillopora growing great with great colors but tissue recession and turning white at the base and then eventually die off completley? Had mine for about 8 months now and it seems to continue to grow slowly but it does as mentioned above.
