Alge, bright green

I have always fought a hard battle against algae in my tank. Lately I have noticed a small, bright green stain on my live rock. The size is slowly increasing. Then I noticed a fairly large bright green stain spreading beneath the other algae growing on the back glass. This is a bright, almost neon green, color.



Any ideas would be welcome
