Phos Reactor

I can't seem to keep my phosphates below .25-.30. And yes I feed every day but only have 5 small clown fish. I do not have an algae problem but read that high phosphates hinder coral growth.
Any suggestions on which reactor to get. Some are relatively inexpensive but if they don't work then inexpensive is a mute point.
